1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Cryptobi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cryptobi is a financial analytics platform that allows users to track market data, build custom reports, schedule automated analyses, and access AI-assisted query tools. The Service is provided "as is".

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and verify it before accessing the platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated scripts to scrape or overload the Service
• Execute malicious SQL or code through report blocks
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service without permission

5. Financial Disclaimer

Cryptobi does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. All market data, prices, charts, reports, forecasts, technical indicators, trend/momentum screens, anomaly or "signal" detections, and any other calculation — whether built into the Service or authored by you or another user via custom SQL/Python — are provided for informational and educational purposes only, are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up to date, and may contain errors, delays, or bugs.

Forecasts and statistical projections (including but not limited to moving averages, exponential smoothing, ARIMA, and any other model) are mathematical extrapolations of historical data only. They are not predictions of future performance, carry no assurance of accuracy, and past performance is never a guarantee of future results.

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cryptobi and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, missed gains, or other financial or non-financial harm arising from your use of the Service, your reliance on any data, report, forecast, or calculation it produces, or any inaccuracy, error, omission, or delay in that data or calculation — regardless of whether the inaccuracy originates from a third-party data source, the Service's own code, or SQL/Python you or another user wrote. Always do your own research and consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

6. Data and Content

• You retain ownership of the reports and configurations you create.
• Market data is sourced from third parties (e.g., Yahoo Finance) and may be delayed or inaccurate.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free accounts have access to core features.
• Premium features require a paid subscription processed via Stripe.
• Subscription terms and pricing are displayed on the pricing page.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page.

8. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cryptobi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
